veg/flower fertaliser switch

i have bought bio bizz's bio grow for veg and bio bloom for flower,
im 4 weeks into the veg, i used 0.5ml per litre for 1st week, 1ml for 2nd week, 1.5 for the 3rd and 4th, but hit a problem with plants so flushed and will be using 0.75ml per litre for next week or 2.
my question is when switching to 12/12 should i switch straight to flower fertz...

or should i taper one out and the other in. so having a mix...

and how much flower fertz do u think should be used roughly? should i stick with the same dose all the way through or gradually up it like i did the bio grow?

I'm no hydro grower,but I think if you stop with the veg nutes and switch to flower without using any nutes,just plain ph'd water.Then a week into flower start back with your flowering regimin.That way you won't comprimize your grow to nute lockout or over fertilizing.

yeah i think im learning to air on the side of caution when using fertz, just had a bit of ph trouble so backed off on fertz after a flush and theyre still doing good on a much lower dose, thanks! :stoned:
