Hello board......

These two things confuse me. A few years ago I had my dr figure out my BMI and it came out to 85%. I'm 5'2" and weight approximately 120 pounds. Does that mean that I'm only about 15% body fat? I'm trying to find ways to lower my body fat to decrease the time THC metabolites would linger in my system. Does anyone have any helpful opinions and/or advice? Thanks

i dont know the difference but i would just go by body fat because bmi doesnt include muscle weight. but to help you lose fat, just build muscle(muscle burns more calories), excersize, eat healthy, and be sure to keep your calories below your maintence.

Calories Per Day Calculator - Basal Metabolic Rate (http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.htm)
figure out your calorie needs for the day with that site and be sure to eat below your daily calories to lose weight
