first off all the upper leafs have some light green/yellow spots as you can see in the pictures, i was thinking becouse of the lights, i kept them too close(1 inch).the plant is allongated becouse it was under a much weaker flourescent lamp for a while and in an smaller container.

here's my setup:
-lights-3*23W CFL(2*6500K, 1*2700K)---aprox.4000 lumens
-lights are on 18/6 for 3-4 for days, before that 24/0 and before that it was not sow exact schedrule...
-soil mixed with sand(20 % sand)
-i've given nutrients for 3 days(7 7 7), half a dose of what says on the bottle
-temp-75 F
-i have a active exhaust and a passive intake, a mini cpu fan for circuling air

I'm waiting for any advice, this is my first grow attempt.
the seed is a bagseed, i've cut the top and smoked and gave me a pretty decent buzz/high so i'm thinking it's ok to grow it. hope it's a female.
thanks in advance, waiting for anwers.

That pattern is variegation. Whether it is genetic or related to a viral infection, I don't know.
Pick a light schedule and STICK WITH IT or risk stressing the plants into hermaphrotidism.
Is that the schultz liquid? It's the only nute I can think of that's 777. Try to find yourself a better nute. Preferably a cannabis-specific one, but if you can't, the Jacks Classic lineup has a couple that are appropriate; look for approximately 5-2-3 or a similar ratio for veg, and avoid MG and sams choice like the plague they are.
Perlite is preferable to sand next time. It is far lighter and most important, it's INERT and won't interfere with your nutes.

now they are on 18/6 stable schedule...i've bought a timer.
they were under a very small light, 5W flourescent i think, it's possible that's the couse of variegation, anyway, only the top leafs have the pattern.
i'll try to find some nute with your specifications. in my country there isn't anything cannabis specific for buy in shops. about perlite i've tried to find but with no luck.
do you think the light is enough for flowering?
thank you very much for the answer.
