I am a very big fan of movies and usually sit down to watch at least one movie a night after getting baked. Recently I have been looking for some more movies that will be extremely fun to watch while stoned.

If you could please list any\all movies that really made you trip\got you thinking while you were high in a numbered list that would be awesome.

If you havent seen Fightclub you gotta watch that for the 1st time baked. The movie is amazing when sober, but watchig it high for the first time is the greatest movie ever.

A scanner darkly, a friend showed me that, it was rather crazy, and high will make you say what just happened?
A movie i want to see baked, even though it is a little off the wall, Across the Universe, i saw that in theatres with some friends when we werent high, but it was good, and especially the scene where they recreate the Futhur bus, with all the crazy visuals in the movie around that point its hard to say what youll think then.

Yeah dude. I have watched this film 2 times when I was really high and it is so fucking trippy. Seriously, there is a lot of weird shit he talks about in that movie. I always feel crazy because I understand what the fuck he is talking about. And then I go to school and forget. :D

I tripped out a lot watching Animatrix, Appleseed, and Final Fantasy. If you can get those on Blu Ray with surround sound.. get ready for a wild ride.

Oh and believe it or not, Planet Earth on Blu Ray with surround sound is amazing as well. Fuck National Geographic and Animal Planet, they got nothing on Planet Earth. They captured some amazing scenes, and if you watch it baked, you'll be amazed that we live on the same planet as what you're watching. In some scenes, they even make it seem like the planet itself is alive. Really amazing stuff, especially knowing everything is filmed in our backyard. Also, you'll see a ton of animals you thought never existed.. especially in the Deep Sea episode. Did you know that 90% of deep sea creatures produce their own light? Trippy shit foreal.

All of those are wicked. Try "The Weatherman" with Nicholas Cage. Regardless of your thoughts on him, this role is unlike anything he's ever done. The dark humour is priceless.

If all else fails, go to IMAX theatre. Its pretty cool when high.

Yes, I have some of Kubrick's films, going back to the 1950's. I don't know why nobody mentions 2001: A Space Odyssey - maybe because it's not that good on a TV screen. I saw it in the movie theaters, which is still possible sometimes. Some good hash, maybe a little wine, and hello outer and inner space!

Hmmm, how about "Being John Malcovich" ooooh, which reminds me... "Adaptation". Both interesting films and decent trippy factor whilst stoned.

Magic Christian ~ Obscure Peter Sellers movie which also has Ringo Starr and a cameo performance by John Cleese.

Monty Python movies ~ any of them but the Holy Grail may be the greatest movie ever made. :smokin:

Heavy Metal ~ Adult animation with a killer sound track

Fritz the Cat ~ A drug culture classic adult animation

Sin City ~ Extremely violent, but trippy. Marv is one of the most badass characters ever.

Last Samurai ~ Great Eastern philosophy and a great story of a man finding redemption and peace. Not a Tom Cruise fan, but this movie is easily his best.

Dances with Wolves ~ Similar to the Last Samurai in that a man with nothing to live for finds value for his life in a different culture.
