I Have A 27 Watt 1850 Lumens Compact Fluorescent light sitting on my 1 1/2 week old plant is that enough light for veg and harvest

right know the light cycle is 24/0 but im about to change it to
18/6

whats the Min height that the plant can be before i move it to 12/12 for flower

sorry but you are definately gonna need more light in the flower cycle,try getting a couple 65 watt cfls but even they will produce very little if the conditions are not right.
