I don't know about everyone but i'm pretty stoned. I was enough to sit and watch this entire video. But I learned a lot. Very informative about the reality of the drug war.

Then you probably haven't heard of LEAP (Law Enforcement Against Prohibition). Seriously, these guys are my heroes.

This was an excellent and disturbing video... I know not all cops are like that, as illustrated by Gandy's post above me, but still... They have no conscience, it's just all about freakin' money. How can someone BE like that and sleep at night?

And the pregnant mothers whose babies test positive for drugs? Yeah, some nurses have reported them to the police before, but most of our OBs have connections with rehab programs specifically designed for addicted mothers- they'd much rather send them there.

Wow, that was very touching and informative. The parts with the foster children almost made me cry.

That provided insight into an aspect I'd never thought about in regards to the war on drugs...Waging war on helpless citizens for prosperity..It makes me sick.:wtf:

John Law Gov, doesnt give a rats ass about what drugs
"do to us"
they dont want anyone making money
I could be living a whole diff life

if I could sell weed out of my home [I dont sell ]
without noticing my traffic I could be debt free

It points back to the government when/if, legalization occurs

everyone has to come out for legalization

eberyone!

Also for all those interested in this topic. Please make an effort. Support NORML with donations etc. Fight the drug war back, the policy's take more lives then the actual reason of the war.

Another great organization is MPP (http://www.mpp.org/). They specifically go to Washington to lobby in our favor, and ASA (http://safeaccessnow.org/) which is more medically specified, I love all of these groups :) I am, however, a bit dismay as to why NORML (http://www.norml.org/index.cfm) does not support the California Cannabis Hemp & Health Initiative 2008 (http://www.jackherer.com/initiative.html) to go on the ballot for this November's election, that if voted in, would completely legalize marijuana in California. I understand it is a long shot, but why not support this? The worst that could happen is it looses, but causes everyone in California to start talk about legalization. We are never going to get legalization in this country if we don't start getting legalization laws submitted to our government lawyers to argue over. Nothing would be lost from this bill, it should be supported!
