what are the best cfl to use.... for growing.. and how many lumnes does one plant need

23-45 watters seem to be the best cfls to use
but better than those are
2'-4' floro tube shop lights
and better than those
are the envirolight 150 and 250 watters
and the best floro
is the high output t5

you can grow with any light/lumen, more lumens= better buds(usually)

Those T5 ho are CRAZYGONUTS lights and my seedlings are all getting fat under one right now.

I'm doing fine with 5 26-watt CFLs, but I'm only growing a couple plants in a small rubbermaid box. I'm not looking to get 3-foot-high plants, so I've only got about 8500 lumens.
