the answer is yes. BUT documentation is very helpful, especially with non-visible medical problems. It's one thing when you are obviously disabled, and another when you are claiming a psychological problem. Get access to your medical records and take a copy with you when you go to get legal.

My hubby is a chronic depressive and got his recommendation for it. Mine is for migraines, mainly. We both had documentation and had no problems getting our recommendations. - Granny:hippy:
