Possible pregnancy? :[

Hey everyone! I realize this is an interesting first post having nothing to do with smoking weed but ive been lurking the boards for a while and thought i would ask the ladies of cann dot com for a bit of advice.

I had unprotected sex about a week ago but she has been on birth control for over 6 months so i thought it would be ok but her period is two days late. she said something about sugar pills? apparently you are supposed to get your period after the first sugar pill then at the end of the fourth your period is over? well shes gone through 2 and still no period. normally i would have said this is normal as periods can sometimes be late and many things can affect the cycle but she says this is odd and has never happened before. Im a little bit nervous, what do you guys think?

Well... while our far more knowledgeable female members dont manifest themselves, i will risk an opinion. Note that im a guy also, so my opinion may be pure crap.
Anyway... getting pregnant is not one of the easiest things. Unless you be VERY unlucky. Of course it can happen, but i think you should not worry too much until you get some greater sign of pregnancy.
Also, if she actually were pregnant, you will have plenty of time to worry about it. So, enjoy while you still can have hope of her not being pregnant.

Can I suggest you both stop stressing about what if she is, and go buy a pregnancy test to find out for sure? A girl can get pregnant any time of the month so there is not formula you can use to predict if she got pregnant or not. When you had unprotected sex and the position you did it in makes no difference. Hell in my area 99 cent stores sell 2 pregnancy tests for 99 cents, and if your gonna rush out and buy one why not pick up some condoms just in case you guys got lucky this time. No wait, go buy the designer condoms, look for RIBBED or some crap. Trust me, I got some free stuff at the LA EROTIC show last year, and those ribbed bad boys cost more but less then having a baby or the other alternative.

Don't guess, be an adult and go get a test.

Since she has been on the pill for 6 months, it is likely a false alarm. That is, if she has been taking them properly. It is not that unusual for a woman to be late or even skip a period. Is you girl dieting? Often that is enough to do it! Also a large number of pregnancies just don't "take". Early spontaneous abortions are far more common than most folks believe!

But get a test, and while you're there, get some rubbers! Unprotected sex is just plain stupid! Consumer's Reports did a report on breakage (something you DON'T want to happen!) on various brands. You might want to check you local library for the back issue. - Granny:hippy:
