Another Phosphorous deficiency

Ive got a plant starting to bud
unknown strand
the stems are starting to purple
not too bad though

should actions be taken or is it fine?
if so what do you suggest?

What's the pH of your soil, and what nutrients are you currently feeding it? Make sure before you start treating for any deficiency that salt-buildup or an extreme pH aren't causing the problems/deficiencies.

Purple stems are also sometimes caused by genetics and many times by temperature. Since you are unsure of the genetics, we'll just leave that alone. I can't tell a whole lot by looking at your picture, but I can recommend again that you don't start treating for a P deficiency that you might not have. Check everything else first, then treat for a deficiency if all else checks out alright.

I sometimes see purple stems in seedlings, even with quality genetics, but generally attribute it to environmental factors and not the strain itself. Typically, a P deficiency is the problem when it happens in flowering.

im pretty sure this isnt the genetics, its in its 2nd gen of budding, its never shown this b4 until about 2 weeks or 3 weeks ago. its 65 in the grow area, and i give it potassium every other day or so to help the budding. thats about it. idk what the pH levels are, i dont have a pH tester yet.

Are the temperatures the same as the first time? Cooler temperatures can also bring out the colors of plants as well.

Without a pH tester, you cannot discern if you simply need more P or if your pH is out of whack. As Mr. Clandestine said, when your pH strays from ideal, the nutrients cannot be absorbed by the plant. Most of the time, when a deficiency starts to show, it is due to pH problems.

It doesn't look like any real deficiency is there. I've read and experienced that purple stems can also be a result of stress. When did you trim away all the lower foliage? If it was recently I would say that could the reason for your purple stems.

Those plants look healthy. Oddly pruned, but healthy.
The pot with the built-in tray should be replaced by a slightly larger pot with much better drainage.

purple stems seem to come and go all the time. ive got a 1/2 purple stem on a 2-week seedling, and several purply leafstems in my flower room.

its one of those symptoms that seems to fall into such a broad range of benign problems that it usually means very little
