Letter to the senators?

well i decided to help out with the legalization movement, and wrote all my congressmen in my state, yes all 3 of them but its better then nothing. but anyways, how long does it take to hear a reply from them, im verging on 2 weeks...my thoughts on all of this are, if ever stoner, everyone that believes in the cause, were to bombard all the reps. then they would all see the people that support the cause.

One senator took less the a week,Senator Murray took about 6 weeks to respond and had nothing good to say about medical weed. Pretty bad for a democratic senator.

I heard that politician's figure that only one person in a thousand or so will write. So they got to thinking of each letter as representing the voices of a thousand voters. Don't know if politicians still hold with this idea, but I'd write- can't hurt, might help.

And please feel free to send them a printout of my medical cannabis URL posts - all 50+ pages of them. Or just take some sample pages from it and give him the URLs for the whole posts. Any sane person should be convinced in favor of MMJ by the first 5 or 6 pages! I have them posted here (the link for the larger one is below and the other you"ll have to do a search for- try "New Year's" that should get it). Or they are both over at Treating Yourself- a nice little Canadian MMJ site.
