Going to Jail?

Hey guys i elected to take the jail sentence over the probation option for my DUI case. I have on quick question: Do the jails do a urine analysis when u check in to the jail...........and secondly, what happens if u fail that test?

Hey, I just finished serving my jail sentence for DUI yesterday morning. They don't do any kind of piss test when you go, and if you don't have to do any probation after you get out (I have to do 18 months) then you should be good to go. Have fun! ;)

It might seem crazy to some, but I would also take more jail time if it got me out of doing probation. It's really hard and stressful to enjoy the great herb when you have to piss for the man every month. Unfortunately, I had to go to jail and still do a fucking ton of probation. Anyways, I think you're making a pretty good decision man.
