constricted pupils hours later

so my friends and i all had a couple gravity bong hits of some headies last night. we got up the next morning and i noticed that my pupils were REALLY small, as were both of my friends'. what would cause this? keep in mind this was almost 10 hours after we smoked.

by the way, mine are back to normal now; i drank some coffee, so the caffeine may have dilated them back to their normal size

Cannabis only causes mild pupillary constriction. There've been several studies on that. If you or your friends were also using other substances or drinking (Don't confirm or elaborate on this if you respond. We have a cannabis-only discussion policy here.), that might have been what caused your constricted pupils.

When you checked on your pupil size almost 10 hours after smoking, were you by any chance facing a bright light or brightly lit mirror? I'm guessing that was what your pupils were probably reacting to.

I'll tell you what happened.

1) You got really stoned, and slept in longer than usual.

2) The sun was really bright that morning.

3) You thought it was due to weed... well it was indirectly.

we weren't on anything else; I was sitting in my car when i noticed it, and it wasn't particularly bright outside (it was still fairly early in the morning)

also, i bought more weed from the same guy and some other friends and i smoked last night, and the same thing happened. the second time we were all drunk though
