do you have a picture? Very dark green leaves sounds like too much nitrogen.

sorry no pictures but im not sure if it could be nitrogen i am using 2 parts seedling soil 1 part perlite and 1 part vercumulite but anyways the leaves look kind of wierd like between every ridge of the little leaves it looks very bubbly if that makes any sense and thanks for the reply

are you giving it fertilizers? seedlings dont need any until theyve got several leaf sets.
if not, maybe your soil was a nutrient-rich brand

no nutes i think it might have something to do with the stem being slightly damaged due to the seed shell not coming off properly. The shell kind of clamped on to the stem making a little kink and cutting it a bit. Not sure if this is the problem but the stem looks alot better than a couple of days ago but still no growth

I would just use plain tap water at 6.7, not distilled. It might just be suffering setback from not shedding the husk fast enough. If it doesn't look discolored, droopy, burnt, whatever, it's going to be just fine.
