Ok so here's the deal. I just found out that I have a UA coming up in 7 days for my state probation.... shitty, I know. I have been on low risk probation for about 1.5 years and haven't had a UA since they stopped testing me after the first 3-4 months.

Needless to say, I started smoking again. For about the past 6-7 months have I puffed at least 0.5-1.0 gram of decent-very dank quality herb everyday. Some days I smoked a lot more, but most days I smoked about that amount. There was not a single day that I didn't puff at least once

So now I find myself here. I have a UA in exactly 7 days that I really should try to pass. I last smoked earlier today, before I found out. Here's some info about me:

I am 24 years old and about 5'6-5'7 and around 120 lbs. I'm pretty scrawny and don't eat too much, I'm curious what kind of effect this might have? I used to be extremely active and have had a high metabolism as a result, although lately I've been sitting around a lot more and I'm sure it's slowing down.

I have 10 test strips on the way, they should be here monday. Tomorrow I plan on swoopin up some metamucil (can't believe I'll be taking that shit). Hopefully I can find some capsules ;)

Here's my plan:

I'm going to wake up early tomorrow and run 2 miles. I will also lift weights a bit and do some other stuff to get my heart going. I will exercise throughout the day as well. Then I will smoke the fattest bongload I can stouf in the slide and go to bed. :wtf: I wish..... Anyways, I'm going to do this everyday until 3 days before the test, when I'll stop exercising. At this point should I continue with the metamucil? I would assume so.

About 5 days before the test I will begin experimenting with the Dilution method. I will follow it precisely. I don't understand what the aspirin is for though, and in all honesty I'd rather replace it with something else if possible. Would you recommend eating a lot of red meat, or taking supplements? Also, if the PO has past test results can/will he use these to evaluate my "normal" creatine levels?

I would like to be able to perfect the dilution method to the point that I could drink the smallest amount of fluids possible to dilute my specimen past the threshold mark, thereby increasing the chance that it will be accepted as a legitimate sample. Is this possible?

Sorry this is so long, there needs to be more detailed, well-documented posts on here though, and I'm not scared to ramble, so here you go! I will be posting the results of my experiments over the next 7 days here as well.

peace :hippy:

I'm the same height and you're a lot skinner than I. You might be able to get clean in 7 days but testing your first void of the morning with test strips will be the only way to know. Having less fat gives the THC metabolites less places to be stored. Consider yourself luckier than most.

Everything sounds good except: Yeah...don't smoke..sounds like your kidding but I wouldn't take any chances with PO test. Stop the metamucil when you stop the exercise...you don't want to continue dumping any THC metabolites through your dumps! Eat big...high fat, low fiber when you stop exercising to build up new fat stores over any remaining THC metabolite laden fat.

Aspirin is thought to mess with an EMIT style test and cause a negative result...but the EMIT style tests are not often used anymore. Both meat and supplements have the same net result and take approx the same time to metabolize. Guess it comes down to preference. I bought Creatine supplement at GNC because I found that taking the supplement over the course of the few days before the test was a lot easier than having to prepare steaks, or have a burger joint at my disposal.

That's where the testing strips will come in handy. You can never have enough. I practiced the full quantity of liquids and halving the amount of liquid. After 30 days of not smoking, I found that about 3/4 of the liquid mentioned in the sticky was as lean as I felt comfortable with...but everyone is different. Keep a little log of your testing..mark what time you drank water, how much, when you pissed, took B2 or B-complex and when your pee started turning yellow and practice several times. That way you will find out what works for your specific body type, smoking frequency, etc.

Good luck!

thanks for the excellent advice testingsux! I'm hoping my tests will arrive tomorrow, as soon as they do the testing and documentation on here will commence :D

well I finally got the test today.... one day before I have to drop... so much for overnight shipping :(

I took one immediately after getting them and failed. At 6 days of no smoking, this isn't a suprise, although it would have been sweet to see that pink line! As far as I can understand, if I just dipped the test in water (it would be a waste, that's why I"m not doing it) it would come back negative, correct? These home tests don't search for adulterants, creatine, or specific gravity either, right?

Also, I've been eating red meat at dinner and just got and took my first does of creatine. I know I should have got them yesterday to allow the full 48 hours but I was unable, so I'll have to hope that 24 hours is enough to get that shit flowing through my system. I have a relatively high metabolism so I think I'll be alright.

So today I'm going to be practicing dilution all day along, as well as another test tomorrow before I go in. I'm going to wake up early, my test is around 3:30-4pm. Be back soon!

oh yeah, please give me more advice! the nerves are starting to set in...... I really need to pass this test by dilution.

Good luck.

Seven days is not a lot of clean time given your smoking history.

Please report back with the results.

Not bad testingsux but let me make 2 corrections. Keep up with the high fiber up until the test. It's a urine test and not a fecal test so you want the fiber to help remove bile which can help redirect THC metabolites to the feces.

Next, EMIT is actually quite popular. First an immunoassay is used to test the sample then non negatives get GC/MS confirmation. EMIT is one type/brand of immunoassay test but the thing is it may have been redesigned in the last few years. It can't hurt to take the aspirin just in case it still works and the immunoassay used is EMIT.
