Strip drug testing???

For my work I need to under go drug tests not at random but only when I go to the field which I dont know when it is so essentially random. They just do a strip test dip and dip it in front of you so you know right then.

I havent taken one yet but I just bought some online but they havent arrived yet. I smoke a joint once a week, Im 6'3'' 180lbs and work out regularly. Should I be concerned. Also with these strip tests is it alright if I dilute the shit out of myself and there will be no way to tell for them. I am assuming only lab tests will look if its diluted or not.

Dilution should work. I would practice, and be sure to use B2 or B-Complex to color your urine. The basic strip tests are *usually* easier to pass as they don't check for adulterants, PH, creatine, etc. However, my test was with a company nurse and they told me I didn't need a form...they did a PH test onsite and then sent my sample to a lab to be tested so be careful... Don't overdo it. Follow the sticky guidelines and practice w/ your test strips to see what works. Keep us posted!
