First grow need help

Hey guys, this is my first grow, but I have a bit of a problem. I live with my parents, and I want to keep this hidden. Even though they rarely ever go into my room, I would like to get the plant to produce buds asap so I could harvest and get rid of the plant before they had a chance to find out about it. Im guessing I have to flower it very early?? But when is too early? Do I go 18/6 til I want to flower then switch to 12/12? Right now I just have the seedling planted and am waiting for it to sprout. I will be growing in a fairly small cabinet 2.5 feet tall by 1.5 feet wide. Sorry for all the questions. I'd appreciate any feedback.

anyone at school cuase that will fuck ur parents so fast.... and do
