Theres a beeping in the house!! and I cant for my life figure where its coming from. I took the smoke detector from the hallway down, I stood under all the smoke and the carbon monoxide detectors in every room, and I still cant find it. The funniest thing, is that this has happened before. Im at work right now, at the old lady's house, and that happened before at another woman I used to take care of a few years ago. Dang, do all old people keep hidden beeping shit?!? lol..

Maybe its a little pot smoking alien from the planet Bong, there is apparently a drought on Bong at the moment so he has been sent to Earth to find some smokes, the beeping is probably coming from his Bud Detector.
Just an idea.

I had the same problem. It was driving me crazy. I did the exactly the same thing as you. It turned out that it was the (don't know the name of it) metal spherical thing on the roof squeaking when it spun because of the wind. I think its some sort of vent. It sounded exactly like something beeping. It either went away on its own or my roommate got on the roof and greased it up.

I've had a watch somewhere around my kitchen for a year beeping just once every hour on the hour.:(

oh man i used to have the exact came problem, it beeped about once a hour for a month or so until my pops realized that there was a smoke detector in a box tucked away somewhere with a battery in it. Go figure...

I had it happened once.It kind of sounded like a cell phone ringing. Took me 2 months to figure out what it was. A calculator with low batteries that kept going off in a drawer.

I guess it was that thing on top of the house that was squeaking or somethig cause I havent heard it today. The last time that happened when it was a smoke detector with a low battery, it was in the bottom drawer of a 100 year old china cabinet so crusted with dust the drawers wouldnt open. it had driven me so far up the wall I spent like 2 days scraping away at the creases just to get it open.
Man, I miss quick reply!!!
