Hi, I recently sprouted a seed and now I use outdoor light. But the
photoperiod is just increasing, are there any effects (+/-)?

uh....you mean daylight hours are increasing? if so, make sure theres more than 14h of light daily.
it wont harm it or help it, it will just stop it from getting the extra hours of light that a summer day or indoor grow could provide for it.

Are you growing outdoors or indoors by a window? If the latter, you may end up disappointed as this often fails due to lack of light.
As for your question, an increasing photo-period is actually great for a seedling. Initially being in less light, such as 12/12 the seedling was able to better develop a thorough root structure. The seedling views an increasing photo-period as Springtime and time for rapid growth. Since it already has developed a good root structure, this rapid growth will be above the soil!
God luck and keep us updated

ya i was growing by a window but i had it in a box with reflective material on the wall
so the light coming in would reflect back onto the plant
but it only made it stretch more
