SO I have these CFL's that plug into a fixture that are underneath all my light fixtures in my house. Is there a way to use them?

They're the compact tube bulbs, they have the 2 pin G24d-3 socket. Is there a way to wire them to work?

i dont think the 2 pin sockets would be worth a damn, it would be better to use regular sized sockets, they make a better selection of bulbs for them(and not the candella ones)

but yes you can use any lighting as long as its the right spectrum in veg and clone, can use in flower but would really recommend hps

I love when people don't realize nt everyone can use an HPS. I wouldn't be using these if I could use an HPS in my grow area man.

Here it is EXACTLY BobBong. Nice to hear from you BTW.

That all depends on where the transfomer is. If its internal(like with Spiral CFL's), You could wire it directly to 120V by pulling out both leads. I've done this with spiral CFL's many times, And with those it doesnt seem to matter -or+. I've conected them both ways.
BUT and this is a big BUT, If the transformer components reside in the socket or fixture(like the 4' tubes and such) portion then the answer is no.

safty and simplicity sake id reccomend that you just buy a half-dozen cheapo standard sockets (buck each) and some regular cfl bulbs for them.

its probably cheaper per bulb, and hell of a lot simpler to build.
