there really is no best, its all preference

cfls will be ok for indoor veg and clones, it will work for flower but i recomend hps

when you maximize your lst you will have a short high yielding plant

if you want a low smell strain go with a northerl lights, but i would still recomend a carbon filter

can should be able to get all your supplys at htg or home depot

Sounds like the first thing you should be looking into is a Book to act as a guide and learn some basic information before asking for help.
