is it normal for most people around my age (22) to completely flip their personality? cuz i've done like just next ot a complete 180... and everything just keeps changing faster and faster.... kind of like a roller coaster i guess... at first it's moving pretty slow then before you know it you're speeding down a track screaming your lungs out...

I hear ya, man, I'm 20, and things are kind of topsy turvy, way more than usual, I feel like I'm having a midlife crisis but I'm not even midlife yet, you know?

Man... im 25 and since im 21, when i left my parents home and my hometown, my life and myself changed a LOT. Im pretty much another person. So i think its a normal thing. And a good one, if the changes were for better.

You still seem like the same, old slipknotpsycho to me! In fact, I knew I'd see you in this thread.
I can't relate to your situation. My life flipped at nineteen.

My life has been full of twist and turns, ups and downs that completely changed my way of being at diffrent ages. Its like life didnt even wait for me to choose the direction I was going in. Life just grabbed me by my shittails and said "ok, now lets go this way" and when I turned 18 and smoked MJ the first time and moved out of my mother's house for the first time, I took the reigns and decided I was done with life pushing me around. It a great feeling when you see and feel the changes in yourself and realize you actually had some say in the direction your life is heading. I dont really know too much about the old slip, but I like to think i know you a bit better ;) and I gotta say, it seems as though youre ready to enjoy your life and make the right decisions to ensure that. congratulations!!

@ 45 years old, I find myself doing more changing now than I ever have in the past.
Life has to be a constant change or you just stagnate & spoil.:(
I was definately spoiling but, have gone through major changes in the past year and find myself looking out on the world with a more positive outlook even though it does not show in every aspect of my life just yet.
The good news is, I am still working on myself making steady progress.
The bad news is, it is a slow painful process.:(

I just turned 21 and find myself going through the gradual changes of becoming an adult and becoming more responsible in general. I can't say this is where I thought I would be at this age, but I guess fate doesnt always go along with our plans

I'm 21. I don't think it matters so much what age you are or anything. I think you can change at any point in your life. I sometimes feel like every day I'm a slightly different person, and each new day adds a bit more change.

i'm at a completely different place in my life right now than i ever thought i would be. since this past august, i have gone from being extremely close to my parents to being pretty much estranged from them. things have gotten better, we talk a bit more now, but i never even would have imagined that this would have happened. this past fall i moved up to maine until this january, and i dealt with more snow than i ever wanted to. it was beautiful, i have to say, but still, looking back at this time last year, i never would have imagined the things that have happened to my life in the last few months.
on a good note, i am happier than i've ever been, now the only stressful thing in my life is money. but otherwise, things are good. i have an amazing fiance, a great apartment, going to school, and the money problem will be ok once my student loans come in.
i'm only 20, will be 21 in less than 2 months, but my life has drastically changed in just the past few months

its a preaty normal thing for my self to have the sudden mood changes. and its part of the reason that everything that happend that caused me to disappear the first time.[the whole jail thing] and even with not being high on anything except for life, i still have the sudden mood changes. its odd. and i can go from happy to angery in 2 shakes of a lambs tail. LOL.

Change is constant, not always noticable, but it's there. We are progressive beings.
