1. Gonna have to increase air flow...hot out the top...cool in from the bottom. Leave the door open if needed.
2. Mylar reflects heat..as well as light. You may need to switch to flat white paint.

my cabinet is designed for stealth, it is air tight and leaving one door open is a big no no lol

Fixing problems means fixing mistakes. It doesn't really matter if the mylar did cost you an arm and a leg. What do want, a shiny box or buds? (The mylar for a box your size should cost under $5 so, if you paid more than that, you got took.) In any event, if you ask for advice and then just come up with silly excuses why you don't want to follow the advice, well, sooner or later all you'll have are the know-nothing idiots passing on rumors.

Dutch Pimp, and PC are absolutely right. And don't ask for advice if you're not going to accept it.
I may not have a lot of posts on these boards, but if it wasn't for a lot of the people on these boards such as Dutch Pimp, PC, Crispi, Stinky, Weedhound, etc. I wouldn't have a fraction of the information I now have about growing. Don't be such a douche bag.
Anyways, My first grow was in a smaller space and I had very similar problems. First, you don't need a carbon filter on your intake, nor a fan. Both of your fans should be used on the exhaust (not in series either), that should give you more airflow. You also don't really need a carbon filter at all until it gets into flowering, that's when you will notice the smell, not having one will also increase airflow. Your intake should be somewhere at the bottom of the cab. and should be bigger than the exhaust. If you can take some pic's I'd be more than happy to help you out. As long as you learn to stop being a douche and accept advice, of course.

WHAT CAN I DO TO KEEP COOL?? You need at leas 120cfm or 200 cmh fan for out and drill some holes ta the bottom of your cab. SCROG is the method you want to use for such space and read the book The closet cultivator by Ed Rosenthal. LPH!

another one is make sure your ballast isn't in the cab :) just a thought

Dutch an PharmaCan are right! The mylar reflects heat.. The flat white paint would have cost you every bit of .99. That would be a shoe-string budget. You still got your arm and leg? Twitch was especially right on it! I was here some years ago. I had several hundred posts. No moderation! The trolls and Bullshitters swarmed the boards. I have recently returned to find if for the better! I don't know everything! But,I do know a little about alot!

So you have one little fan blowing out the top an one little fan blowing in the bottom. Thats redundant (unnesessary).
I would switch that to both fans blowing out the top, and leave open holes at the bottom. Air will come in by itself. That would double your air flow, but that still might not be enough.
ps - dutch pimp is right

Exactly, that's what I was trying to say, I think I made it sound more complicated though. Passive Intake, Active Exhaust. Besides, if you have an active intake, if the intake should happen to be pushing more air than the exhaust, it makes the carbon filter somewhat useless due to air being blown out of any cracks, etc. Unless you have the closet/cabinet sealed damn good.

Heating blankets are designed to reflect and hold heat. Bad idea from the beginning IMHO.
Car dashboard light reflectors work much better and I find 4ftx4ft ones at the dollar store fo a dolla. They are much thinner than mylar and only designed to reflect light.
But white paint is by far the best option. Painting is fun! And it is super cheap. I only use the car dashboard reflectors to cover up light leaks and other things needed to be covered that I can't simply paint white.
Good luck and keep us updated bro!
Peace
O yea, the point of all that was to ditch the mylar and then use dash reflectors for everything you can't paint white, after you are done painting your cab white :D
