Perfect Grow Room ?!?!?

Hypothetically I am looking to become a commercial grower. I have a pretty legit size place right now totalling over 2,000 sq. ft. with over five thousand to get started with this venture. I am looking for some advice to make the perfect grow room (hypothetically speaking of course) to produce large, high quality, continuous amounts of cannibus. The more details anyone can provide for me the better. Advice on the type of plant is also appreciated. Keep in mind plants will be cloned and harvested monthly year round. Hypothetically of course.

With your budget you could probably afford a 4 X 1,000 watt light set-up. That will light up around 80 sq.ft., maybe 100 if you use light movers. Beyond that, do some research.

Think maybe you should learn to grow, first? Going big gets real costly, real fast if you don't know the plants needs. Not just wasting the money, but the wasting of time.

Gets expensive paying the electric bills, buying ferts, replacing equipment, replacing seeds...if you are not even able to grow a female to full maturity.

Not too sure I'd tell the world I'm planning a commercial grow, without proper licensing from the state level, either. Lack of discretion will land you in prison. Speaking of which...Are you going to staff this venture, or do it all yourself?

But if you still decide to go forward, I'd want a clone closet, a veg room, a flower room, and a male quarantine room for breeding and seed replacement. Then, I'd go to Barnes and Noble and get every book on growing cannabis they have, using cash.
