Is there an award for most mood swings in a month, or have I just been wasting my time...?

Not an award as such, but there are a range of DSM IV diagnoses you could apply for on the basis of mood lability.

...and just what are you trying to infer...?
Complete List of DMS-IV Codes (http://www.psychnet-uk.com/dsm_iv/_misc/complete_tables.htm)

Just kidding...I'm all better now, honest.

Not really trying to infer anything, just making the observation that several of the affective disorders are characterised by unusual fluctuations in mood.

On the list they are between 269.40 and 269.60.

My current code is 296.6x

Imply people, it's 'imply' :)

People make impications, and from implications, people infer.

So do I get an award now too?

No...but there's plenty of other posts in need of spelling, punctuation and grammar corrections.
I await your next lesson with baited breath, lol.
