I have and it worked just fine for me. MG now makes Organic Choice Potting Mix. No additives. This is what I am using now. If your in the US they sell it at Lowes and prolly tons of other places like that.

I use it if/when I run out of Fox Farms ferts.
p.s. were you talking soil mix, or ferts?

I think he was talking about soil. You always see MGs soil in like every shop at least where im from. I hate MGs ferts.

Not recommended long term, but works for me in a pinch. (when I'm waiting for my Fox Farms to be delivered)
Many quality nutes available, and they're worth the added expense.

oh ok i thought you were talking about the soil because that is what it sounded like. I used MG ferts before and didn't like emm. The plants seemed to grow slower then with the peters i use.

The ferts aren't the right balance for cannabis. You'll end up with soil salting problems.
The MG organic choice soil isn't bad at all if you mix in some extra perlite, but it's STILL a peat based medium and the pH is prone to dropping after it's been in the pot a while.

I used MG ferts on my first grow and had problems with nute lock. I do not recomend them, I highly reccomend Fox Farm nutes well worth the cost. I even use then for my Leagal garden and work great Best stuf around.
