Court coming up...

So I've got my court date coming up in about two weeks (Jan. 31). I'm getting possession of marijuana (less the 30 grams) and trespassing. I've got a couple of questions, I live in PA and am 18 years old.

I was booked back in the middle of December, so "honestly" I could have made a clean test. But could I keep smoking and just claim that I failed the test because of the incident I got arrested for? Will I get in more trouble if I fail a test now?

What happens if you give a dilluted sample when you're on probation?

Will I have to still report to a probation officer and do piss tests if I'm 18? I read somewhere the court acts like a parent figure when a juvenile is caught, so they piss test them and make them report to a P.O. but if I'm 18 do you think I'm more likely to get non-reporting probation?

I'm nervous and any help will be appreciated hahaha

More than likly you will be tested wether you are 18 or not. It really depends on you lawer, judge, and PO officer.

I would not try to dilute or in any other way tamper with your specimen if you are on probation. Further more you will probably have a month before you have to report to your PO officer, so that can be your "clean up" time.

I was charged with possession of cannabis and a pipe about 3 years ago. I took the diversion plea and had the charge removed from my record. I had to serve 11/29 probation with random drug tests....it sucked, but I stayed clean.
