Fiber Foods?

I was just wondering what kind of foods have a high amount of fiber in them?

Also i have 17 days and i smoked 3 hits of regs then smoke like 3 days of resin like 7 hits am 174lb and 6ft what do you guys think

Metamucil is the easiest way to get the fiber. Any whole grain wheat products are high fiber.
