First of all, smother the bastards in pure organic neem oil. Secondly - compost the plant, refine, and make biodiesel and other eco-friendly fuels to help wean us off of foreign markets.

You'll find them really difficult to eradicate fully from your garden, even after November, but wait a couple years and then sic the IRS on them for a strip audit. That should send them scurrying for the border.
