Ok heres the deal, the plants are 6 weeks into flower and today I noticed this........on the main stem where the branches shoot off where the hairs will usually be, there are these little pods with a hair coming out of them they have not opened up or anything just a little pod with a hair. so i pulled one off and opened it up and well there is a little immature seed. the plants have buds all over them and they all seem to have these little pods just at the joint where the branch meets the main stem. what is my next step, will all my buds be full of seeds or will they be ok. i see no other signs of seeds at all anywhere.................any help would be great.

Thanks in advance

It's a calayx. There will be a white hair or pistil. You could have mixed flowers on the bud with would cause it to self pollenate. Hermie. Really need a pic before you over react.

but a calax does not have a seed in it. it looks just like a calayx but it has a small white seed in it.......

Of course it does.....where do you think the seeds grow in?

But is there suppose to be a seed in it??

only if somehow it was pollinated. Thats what GA was talking about. If it IS a seed then you have...or had.....male pollen in there somewhere.

I think its a wait and see thing But definitely check around for nanners on your plants.

Did you have a male around them at some poinrt?

Had to have had 1 somewhere. The only thing that I think may have happened was that when you sexed them, I'm assuming you did. Then you left the male or males that were there long enough to pollenate the females. This would have happened if you went straight to flowering when you found out the sexes. Shaking that male in the room with fans and such did just what nature would have done when the wind blew.
