Cleansing Kit Question

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum, but I have a quick question. I purchased a Strip NC cleansing kit, and I decided to research it on Google, but I couldn't find anything on the 7 day cleansing program. From what I read the liquid formula works well, but I was wondering how these pills do? Thanks in advance.

If you've been back recently you can see based on another recent post that detox kits are a waste of money. If you have some time..like more than a week before your test, you should concentrate on aerobic exercise to increase your metabolism and take metamucil and/or eat a high fiber diet. Then relax a 2-3 days before the test and add some new fat to your stores by eatng big (Fast food seems to be a favorite).

Spend some time getting to know the search feature. Unlike other forums, the same topics and buzz words come up all the time. Terms like: Fiber, detox kits, how to get clean, etc. Good luck!
