Ok now i know that too high of temps are bad for a plant too low is bad for a plant also, and that night time temps should be like 5-10 degrees cooler than day time temps.... My cab is a lil different, the temps never get too high or too low, right about 72F, but that is just the thing it is like always 72F day time night time whatever time, it wont go over 72 and it wont go below 70.

Is this constant temp bad for the plant?? should i find a way to lower it in the night?? I guess since the temps never got too high or too low i never really worried about it, but i have always been thinking about it and figured id finally ask someone..

Thanks for any infor/advice in prior..

Have a nice day, Corey

Steady temperature (as long as it is within the plants comfort zone) is ideal.

Steady at 70-72 is just fine. :)

The difference between night and day is a factor in determining stretch.
Big swing=more stretch (up to 15 degrees, no more, that is dangerous)
Little or no swing=less stretch.
So you are actually giving good conditions to your plants.

avoid extreme highs, (81 max.), and extreme swings (15 degrees or more)

cool air at base of soil containers near an intake is nice, exhaust at correct cfm rate.

constant 72 sounds great, tho.

if it ain't broke yet, plan for a fix.
