Where do you live and if you were to grow outdoors you would have to plant them sometime at the end of spring near summer.

Where do you live? What is your home situation? What are the laws in your area?

Closet growing is safer from rips, more risky if you live with parents/room-mates. More yield on an outdoor grow and free light, but there are rippers, deer, nosy neighbors, and hermies with seeded buds. Unless we have more info, no way we can answer your questions!
