Files from pc to 360?

I have alot of mp3's and and some video files that I want to put on my xbox so I can watch them when I'm not home (I travel a decent bit and the 360 usually comes with me).

How do I go about doing this? assuming its even possible.

you'd have to copy them to cds then re-arrange the data so an xbox 360 could read it
