the fertilizer I am using is Fox Farm Big Grow. It recommends to use the fert. every other watering...is this correct?

Thanks!

Good stuff, I use it myself. It depends on strain, age of plant, size of pot...
It says right on the bottle that you can either use the weaker 1 tsp:gal solution for every watering,
or 2-3 tsp:gal, every other week, (not every other watering) for heavier feeding.

I'd start out using the weaker dilution until you see what happens.

For my set-up, with my lights and the soil I have, I generally use:
For juvenile plants - 1 tsp:gal (one feeding per week in gallon pots)
For more mature plants - I use about 1.5 tsp:gal, (per week in 3 or 5 gallon pots)
This is sometimes adjusted up, as cannabis is a nitrogen whore.

Between feedings, when soil needs water, I add any micronutes, iorn, molasses... if 'needed'.

right on...thank you rusty
I had read the bottle, but wasn't sure if that applied to our specific "crop" too.
I've been doing every other watering, so I think I'm going to stick with that.
the plants look real nice and bushy so... if it aint broke....
