what is the optimum humidity level?
can it be too low?
I at about 30-35% humidity and temp around 70 degrees F
I have not influenced those numbers, its just the natural levels in the basement closet

any thought would be appreciated

THANKS!!!!

i am about 3 weeks into growing, so pretty early on.
will too low of humidity mess anything up?
is there an easy way to bring the humidity up?

You are fine. The only thing you will need to do since your humidity is so low is to make sure that you are giving enough water. Not enough so the soil is soggy all the time, but enough to keep the plants turgid. Your humidity will probably increase a little as the plants grow larger and have more surface area to transpire moisture into the air.
In bloom, those numbers are very good.

thanks for the advice stinky
i think im ok on watering, the finger in the soil method seems to work pretty well
i have them in 5 gallon buckets, they are about 5-6 inches tall- there is about 4 inches of lava rock at the bottom of the bucket to help with drainage...what amount of water do you think would suffice??
obviously it will vary, but do you have a ballpark??
im actually pretty surprised my the results ive gotten so far...better than i expected

thanks

Ideal is 50% @ 75F

That will also help control molds and other bad fungi
