Can clones make seeds when they are fully mature?

When a clone has matured, and is of seed making age, can it make them? I was told they can't and you have to continue cloning it.

Only if they are pollinated.
Unless you use a male of the same variety you will then have a hybrid of two strains.

Yup, you can use a cloned female as the female in a cross. You need either a male or a force-hermed female, and you can make seeds with them.
