Quick question

My tap water is measuring a ph of 7.8 and when i add my nutrient mix (canna bio vega 100% organic) it comes down to about 6.3....do i need to add any ph-up to this ? i have a bottle of ph-up and another of ph-down but dont know what to do with them ?

Another thing is 1 of the plants leaves are yellowing alot,, more at the bottom but slowly working its way up the plant... is this a nutrient lock-out ? i'll post a few pics in an hour or 2.

am growing in pots with indoor plant compost and a mix of perlite and vermiculite

Just 1 more thing..... do any of u guys know of anywhere in the us i could buy lights from that ship to Ireland ? i was looking at something like THIS (http://www.specialty-lights.com/spectramax-t5.html).

Dave, for soil, you're gonna want to shoot for a pH of 6.5. Check your run-off and hope that shows around 6.5 too.
