A little bird (my attorney) told me that she received as punishment... PROBATION. That would be jail time for sure in my state.
And that is why I fear game wardens/EP more than the cops.

Hmm, I do know that there has been quite a few diversions from jail for people found in felony possession of marijuana, and quite recently a judge was found in possession of quite a large amount, I believe 20+pounds, and it was said that it was for purely personal use and that he won't face jail. But my memory has been failing me more and more lately, due to stress.
I have a question though, what are the laws around medical mj use in mass like, I have a good friend that lives that there that suffers from a severe debilitating(and fatal) disability, and I'm wondering if she would qualify for a mj card?:pimp:
EDIT:
Her disability is a build-up of spinal fluid in her brain that causes severe headaches and limits her mobility. She's on quite a few different pain relievers, including an opiate.
