I'm probably just about a week or so from harvest and I'm wondering if I can give my plants 24 hours of light for the last few days to increase yield?

I've never done that.. If I were you, or it were me? I would'nt! Leave it be. 12/12 will finish them fine. I've heard and seen that it could gradually be pushed back as far as recieved light. But not 24/7 on. Correct me if I'm wrong.

switching to 24-hour lighting after flowering finishes, shouldn't do anything, except waste electricity ... there is a lot of talk going around, that cutting off all light the last three days, increases THC production ... maybe, maybe not ... I've done it both ways, and I currently do the 'last 3 days dark' thing, BUT, ... I have seen NO difference, or improvement, so far ... since THC production is connected to the plant's defense mechanism, I could see how 3 days of darkness could 'scare' the plant into a last-ditch attempt at survival (more THC) ... darkness is free, nothing to lose by trying ... :smokin:
