the tip of my leafs on my plant are starting to die what does this mean

how old are your plants too by the way?

I found out what happen im giving it to much Fert. but I will still take a pic of my baby and post it up so you can have a look

You use a premixed potting soil? Some of those already have fertilizers in them, and can be too much for seedlings. I've had that happen to me, the seedlings get burnt until they get a little bigger, then can handle the ferts in the soil, and start doing okay.

That seems to be the problem I have, but once they are bigger they will look better?
