Bowl for Gravity Bong

Im trying to make a gravity bong for the first time and was wondering can i just use the slider from my bong as the bowl piece?

yeah, either your slider, or just grab a socket wrench that fits in the top of the bottle you are using (get a wine bottle with a flat bottom and throw a hard metal object down the tube to pwn the bottom out, might take a few tries, or do it 1337 styles like i did How To Cut A Glass Bottle... Video (http://www.metacafe.com/watch/508368/how_to_cut_a_glass_bottle/)) and a screen. Best homemade gb ive ever made. AND i had a nice big thermos that i could carry the bottle and water around in. PORTABLE BABY. thank you.
