Keep feeding her your bloom fert. Yellowing is normal, but next time around, you might want to add a source of nitrogen to the soil, such as mixing in a tablespoon of fish emulsion per 5 gallon flowerpot, before transplanting for the last time.
I'm not sure what the flower time on that plant is, but the leaves becoming all yellow at harvest is fine.
No the chemicals won't kill you. But flushing too early is very likely what has caused your plant to turn yellow. If you still have more than 2 weeks to harvest and you need to flush, you have to do a final flush step of watering with a 1/2strength fertilizer to replace all the nutes you flushed out of the soil.

If it has no trichs, then you might have an issue. Do you have a magnifier? If not, you need to get one, they are ~10 us dollars at radio shack. Oh, I just noticed you don't live in the US, I'd check ebay.

...To the dismay of many cultivators and researchers, Thai strains mature late, flower slowly and ripen unevenly...

(Marijuana Botany, An Advanced Study: The Propagation and Breeding of Distinctive Cannabis by Robert Connell Clarke. p 116.)

If it is an old fashioned Thai, it will want between 12 and 16 wks flowering to mature. A picture would really help distinguish between yellowing that could be considered normal and what may indicate your plant is seriously suffering from a lack of nitrogen and going to turn up her toes.
