Today, December 20th, marks three years since a good friend of mine died. I'm dedicating Shinedown's cover of 'Simple Man', to you, Victor Z. RIP.

Whether it's a family member, friend, pet, celebrity, whatever, dedicate a song out to someone.

Since I am in a Fleetwood Mac frame of mind, Songbird, sung by the phenomenal Christine McVie would be my choice.

For you there'll be no crying
For you the sun will be shining
Cause I feel that when I'm with you
It's alright, I know it's right

And the songbirds keep singing
Like they know the score
And I love you, I love you, I love you
Like never before
