I post when I remember the place exists. Even then, half the time I really don't feel as if anything I have to contribute is new or insightfu ll, so I just keep my mouth shut. Half the time I am very much too drunk to even be using the internet, let alone distribute any opinion about anything, as well. Regardless of that, I still can tend to get worked into a fervor about something and then fail to remember it the next day by accident, since, its really not a priority for my head to think about what I did on the internet last night. Its quite unfortunate.

I'd say I visit once or twice a month, usually to look at pictures or study. Depending on the presence or absence of many beers, I may even post here and there.

Unfortunately I work full time and I smoke full time! Which don't leave too much time to me! :thumbsup: add my beautiful daughter in to the mix and I really donâ??t get time for my bum to touch a seat.
Funny the thread came about as I plan to try to get more involved and to dedicate a bit more me time... so I guess we will see.

I tend to use the site for info. but hey ... the other threads are always entertaining!

Some of the people here have been through alot of shit, and give out GREAT advice. People come from far and wide to ask questions of the great Granny Stormcrow.. Shes never wrong! Shes like the Oracle.. she always tells you exactly what you need to hear.

Hey man glad you like it here, and glad you like the thread. I know things have been changing alot, and many of the things are dissagreeable to many, but Im still stickin around.. There are so many great people here with so much information to share, that despite all the many things I disagree with, I still find myself coming back here, and posting again. (all the while stressing about if I am still in the proper constraints, set forth by whomever)

But regardless, even with disagreements, there are still many things to be learned and gained by reading and posting here. So... here I am!

I think the lounge and the larger forums will be the last to notice, but a lot of the sub forums where i find the most interesting reads are almost at a standstill....

Lets hope this is a temporary glitch in our system, cause i really don't want to pack up to another place. Though a lot have seem to already taken that route.:(

I don't consider myself a lurker, but I definitely read a boatload more than I post. But it differs from one forum to another. In some forums I can have 500+ post's in a month (100 in a day sometime's-- good one's too) But in other's I'll have <50 post's for 3-4 months (which is not much at all for me.)

I used to do the same thing... just read what other people had to say. I love learning new things.. any new things. Especially new understandings in the way people work with each other, and with themselves in their own heads. Reading other peoples words.. their opinions, pieces of knowledge, etc.. I felt I began to understand them. And get a bigger picture on how us humans really think.

After a while, I began having questions of my own that I wanted answered... how certain other people would react in certain situations... How other people feel about this or that... I began posting to ask others what they thought. Then I started posting over-opinionated rants(which are also fun), and now I just post whatever the fuck ever! :D

But then after i was able to i stopped smoking for liek two weeks b/c my gf didnt like it. so i figured id stay away from the site b/c it would only temp me. But now im back haha!
