I recently placed 3 seeds in a wet paper towel and left them in there for a couple of days. Only 1 seed has sprouted, now my question is should I plant that one seed ASAP or should I wait longer?

If you don't know the answer to this most basic of questions, you've got no business starting a grow. Do some studying if you want to grow mj. And I'd suggest you start that studying right now, before you plant the sprout, because it makes a big difference what kind of soil you plant the sprout in.
