i found a bunch of fertilizer in my garage it says

16-8-8
16%- Ammoniacal Nitrogen
8%- phosphate (p205)
8%- soluble potash
15%- Combined sulfer
is this good for vegging or budding or neither
what are some store bought fertilizer

would peatmoss , polymer crystals and natural michigan soil be a good growing soil
