would the doctors that evaluate me for my recomendation talk to the psychiatrist that prescribes me medication already?

does it go on my medical records?

and there is no way for anyone else to find out (like future jobs) about me smoking marijuana right?

im pretty sure all the answers are no, but i thought i would make sure first.
