I need some help

So I was busted the other night but all the cop found was two small ass roachies. Any law buffs know what kind of punishment I'm looking at.

Keep in mind I'm 18 years old and my record is spotless. Also I was in my car, but we where just parked.

The only thing I'm worried about is getting my license suspended. Any help is appreciated, thanks!!

Hi CT, sorry about your bad luck. I'm not from Pa, but most states treat a parked car the same as if you were driving, especially if the keys were in the ignition and someone is in the driver's seat, having a clean record will help and your age may be in your favor also. You might as well face the fact that you will be best served if you hire a good lawyer, he/she will let you know where you stand, good luck.

damn, sorry to hear that. i got rolled on by cops as well before but my friend and i had just gotten out of the car to let it air out before heading home...we had hot boxed it and i was taking another hit off of the blunt when the cop was getting out of the car. he gave us a warning for being in the park after dark :D
