help..

:( i have been growing this plant for about 1 month now and i have seen many plants but usually they are bigger. Mine remains small anyone know what can i feed it?? Right now i just water it and i mix water with milk is that good???

i am growin it in a 500 wattz and have them about 4 feet away...

Put the light 2 feet away and see the difference.

but won't it over heat the plant since it is a 500 watt lamp?

if i were you i would put the light closer, 4 feet is too far away.
i would also transplant it to a larger container.
is the light a mh or hps?
mh put out less heat than a hps.
i would put the light like a foot and a half away from plant tops.
when light is set at the heighth you want, put your hand under it at the heighth of the tops, if your hand starts to feel like its burning, the light is too close, set the light this way and your plants should flourish.
i also suggest that you read up on these threads, you should be able to find the answers to most of your questions. the growers on here are very imformative and most will help if needed.

yeah i did transplant the plant already and i moved it close it seems to be growing better but yeah that's what i did feel at the top of the plant to see if it burns me but no it didn't so i moved it closer. It is a hps.
